Israel Restaurant Openings and Foodie News for September.
The summer is always a quieter time for restaurant openings in Israel but there is still some exciting news this month. The summer holidays may be over but the hot weather is not going away, at least for now. Kosher restaurant openings this month include Maalya meat restaurant in Kiryat Anavim, SPICE by Spicehaus cocktail bar in the InterContinental David Tel Aviv hotel, and Yama fish restaurant in Har Hotzvim. Non-kosher restaurant openings include Madame cafe and wine bar off Shenkin, Treysar Mediterranean restaurant above Shuk HaNamal, and the first branch of German bakery Zeit fur Brot, all in Tel Aviv.
So how was your summer? If you tried any new restaurants in Israel over the summer, please share photos and a review in the Facebook group Restaurant Club Israel.
