Participating kosher wineries include Agur, Ayalon, Domaine du Castel, Ella Valley, Mony, Nevo, Peer, Raviv, Tzuba, and Yaffo. Some non-supervised wineries will be Hans Sternbach Vineyard, Kadma, Kerem Barak, Latrun Monastery, Soreq, Yehuda, and Zafririm.
