February’s Food Highlights Across Israel

Some repeat dishes from last month’s list of favorite dishes, but if they make the list two months in a row, you know they are good! Most of my meals were on home turf in Jerusalem, with one fun bite in the Shuk HaCarmel. From indulgent desserts to savory delights, these dishes stood out from the rest.
