Israeli Restaurants Ranked in La Liste 2024 of the World’s Best Restaurants.

The ranking for La Liste 2024 has been released and out of the 1000 highest-ranking restaurants in the world, nine of the best restaurants are in Israel.

Overall the ratings for Israeli restaurants are pretty much the same this year. L’Epoque by Robuchon in the Elkonin Hotel in Tel Aviv is a new addition to the list. HaSalon has moved down the list to the bottom ranking for Israeli restaurants and Claro has dropped off completely. Once again La Liste omits Machneyuda in Jerusalem and Darya in the Hilton Tel Aviv, which I consider to be excellent restaurants. Only one of the Israeli restaurants on the list is outside of Tel Aviv and none of them are kosher.
